All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client most appropriately for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services by and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and, therefore, as referring to the same.

About Our Services
Scribblers India provides creative and marketing services including branding, visual identity, web/digital design and development, content production, social media management, and performance marketing support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in a proposal, statement of work, quote, invoice, or signed agreement.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All website content (text, visuals, design elements, brand assets) belongs to Scribblers India or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without written approval.
For client projects, ownership and usage rights are governed by the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, working files and source files may remain with Scribblers India, with final deliverables provided in agreed formats.
Client Materials & Approvals
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to provide any materials you share with us (logos, photos, fonts, footage, copy). Where approvals are required, delays in feedback and approvals may shift timelines.
Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared between you and Scribblers India during an enquires, proposal, or project delivery should be treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed or legally required.
Fees & Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and invoice terms are set out in the relevant proposal/quote/invoice. Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or withheld deliverables until accounts are settled, where legally permissible and contractually stated.
Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Some Services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, website hosts). Scribblers India is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or platform-level interruptions beyond our control. We will reasonably assist to support resolution where possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribblers India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or business interruption). Where liability applies, it is limited to the fees paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the relevant proposal or agreement. Fees for work completed or in termination remain payable. Where applicable, retained require notice as stated in the agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the relevant agreement or, if none is specified, the competent courts of India.
